Debianifying Searduino

January 17, 2013 Leave a comment

After some emails sent back and forth with some Debian guys we found some problems getting Searduino in to Debian. Problems is that Searduino downloads the Arduino sources instead of having a dep to the Arduino package.

Work has now begun to build Searduino (./configure –enable-debian-source) from Debian’s Arduino package.

We’ll be back!

… btw, the Seasim manual is now built automatically. Waiting for the new build server to be up.

A new GUI written in Java is almost finished. Usable, but some final touches remains before a proper release. Here’s a screenshot.
